My favourite Christmas tradition is driving around Christmas eve, singing carols with the kids and looking at all the beautifully decorated houses. Then we go home and settle down with hot chocolate and watch Christmas Vacation 🙂

My Favorite tradition is giving thanks for being alive. On Jan 1, 2012 I was assaulted and could have been killed. I am still healing, and as each Christmas comes, it marks one more year that I have gotten past that event. I am Greatful!

My favorite tradition is putting up Christmas decorations the day after Thanksgiving while listening to Christmas music! This year I received a small Christmas village from my mother-in-law, so that was a fun addition to our decorations 🙂 Thanks for the chance to win!

My favorite tradition is going to look at all the lights & watching Charlie Brown Christmas!
staying up all night finishing up ‘santa claus’ then getting back in bed to wait for the kiddies to wake us with screams of ‘santa was here’!! that was when my kids were little. now it is waiting for the phone call to come over ‘before’ the g-kids open their presents so i can film everything!! then spending as much time with them before going back home. 🙂

We love our Elf on the Shelf tradition. He arrives Dec 1 and stays through Christmas.
My favourite tradition is the pie we eat every Christmas day for brunch. It’s a layered mediterranean pie that my parents bake the night before – spinach, egg, cheese, ham, buttery crust – I crave it all year!
Magic Bars/Seven Layer Bars/Hello Dollies/whatever you want to call them are my favorite holiday tradition. This is the only time of year I make them and they taste like the holidays to me.
I have 2 one is the lighting of the Charlie brown tree in our meadow the other is baking of the cookies :)2

My favorite tradition I have started with my daughter is to read Christmas stories and drink hot cocoa with marshmallows.

We don’t really have Christmas traditions anymore, but I cherish the time to call family and friends, knowing that we’ll all talk to each other at least one day a year! 🙂

My favorite Christmas tradition is opening new pajamas on Christmas Eve, reading the Night Before Christmas, and putting out cookies and milk before climbing into bed.

Favorite holiday tradition is candlelight service at church and soup/sandwich dinner beforehand, just hubbie, me, and our kids. Love this!
The weekend after Thanksgiving, we go out and pick our tree. Hubby cuts it down, and we spend the weekend decorating it. Then comes the angel. Each year a different child puts the angel on. We have 6 kids, so it’s a very special time when it comes around to being your turn!
I’m the baby of a big family so I know how special that must be! Great tradition
We elect a theme every Xmas and all dress up – last was 80s xmas party 🙂

Our Christmas Tradition is to read ‘Twas the Night before Christmas’ on Christmas eve.

Reading the nativity story as a family on Christmas eve. Definitely brings the true Christmas Spirit into our home.
That’s a great question – I don’t know yet. Maybe in about 10 years my kids will answer that better than I can as we’re trying to start new ones with them.

My favorite part of Christmas, whether traditional or not, is to spend time with the family. It’s too bad my family is scattered all over the nation, and too far away to visit, so we only get to be with my husband’s family during the holidays.

My favorite tradition is what we call “Gift from the Heart” and we take turns doing the gift from the heart, and it is something handmade and everyone gets the same gift.
