Greek Meatball Recipe

Serves: 50 small meatballs
- 2 lbs. ground pork
- 2-3 plum tomatos, halved, seeded and diced
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 1 250g pkg Feta Cheese crumbled
- small handful Chopped parsley or 2 tsp. dried
- 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- ½ cup of chopped green pepper
- Tzatziki for dipping
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
- Make balls with a small scoop, and round with hands.
- Place on a parchment lined baking pan, and cook in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 mins.
- Serve immediately, or allow to cool on a separate plate for 20 minutes and refrigerate until your guests arrive.
- Return to a preheated 350 deg oven for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with a small dollop of tzatziki or a bowl for dipping.
