Exciting news… next week I’ll be heading out for a 2 week vacation! Two weeks is a long time to be away from home, and while traveling I can’t tolerate a messy suitcase (I wish that attitude would spill over into other areas of my life). I’ve just discovered the best packing solution for staying organized while traveling, that I just had to share. Plus, I have a fun giveaway today too!

Here is my new organized travel weapon-  Pack ID Packing cubes from Hey’s Luggage! This travel system is such a basic idea, but totally genius. Each zippered pouch can be designated for certain items, the packs can be identified with reusable sticker labels, and fit perfectly into your luggage. They make it so easy to organize and quickly identify your belongings when you’re on the go!

I didn’t use any travel hacks or special folding techniques, just straight from the closet into the bags. These packs are especially perfect for those hard to fold blouses that make everything so slippery in your luggage.

Then each pack gets a identifying sticker, so you know whats inside. Perfect if you quickly need to open your bag to grab something particular. Everything stays in its place, not getting unfolded and risking not getting your bag re-zippered.

There are many different ways you can use the packing cubes while travelling-

• pack cube per outfit
• pack cube per day
• pack business clothes and casual clothes
• pack an individual cube or color code per child
• have two colors for his and hers

These 5 packing cubes fit perfectly inside my 21″ carry on luggage. (Although I know I’m going to shop, so I’ll likely take the larger suitcase!) I love this no fuss solution to staying organized while traveling.
